Q: Do you charge an extra cleaning fee for pets?
A: We do not charge an upfront "pet tax." However, if your pet sheds excessively or soils the seat, a nominal cleaning fee of ₹300 - ₹500 may be added to cover deep vacuuming. Bringing a thick towel to cover the seat usually prevents this completely!
Q: Do I have to accompany my pet?
A: Yes. For the safety and emotional well-being of the animal, we require the pet parent or a known caretaker to accompany the pet during the entire journey. We do not transport unaccompanied animals.
Q: What should I bring for the ride?
A: Please carry a blanket/towel to cover the seat, a leash, necessary pee pads, and water for outstation trips. Cats must strictly remain in a secure travel carrier.
