Cancellation Policy

1. For Local Rides (within city limits):

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the ride will incur 25% cancellation charge of the base fare.

• No-show or last-minute cancellation (within 30 minutes of pickup) is non-refundable.

2. For Outstation/Intercity Rides:

• Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the pickup time.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the ride will be charged 25–50%, depending on the vehicle type and route.

• Cancellations made within 2 hours of departure will incur 100% charge.

3. For Airport/Railway Station Transfers:

• Cancellations within 1 hour of scheduled pickup time will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

• Delays due to flight/train rescheduling should be informed in advance. We will attempt to reschedule without charge, subject to vehicle availability.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation terms:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• In case of cash booking, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customer must provide bank details.

• Online payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Special Conditions

• In case of vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, we will either provide an alternative vehicle or offer a full refund.

• No refund is applicable if a customer misbehaves with the driver or violates our service terms.

• Refunds are not applicable once the ride has started, unless there is a service failure.
