1. Service Scope
Central India Cabs offers intercity, outstation, airport transfer, and local taxi services in and around Nagpur, Raipur, and nearby regions. Services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through:

Phone call

WhatsApp chat

Confirmation will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email with trip and driver details.

Advance bookings are preferred; however, same-day bookings are accepted based on vehicle availability.
3. Payment Terms

Fares are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, and duration.

Base fares:
-
Local: โน500 (within city) / โน1000 (5 km+)

Outstation: From โน10/km onwards

Payments can be made in:

Cash
-
UPI / Online Transfer

QR Code at trip start or end

In some cases, advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer:
-
24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
-
12โ24 hours before: 50% refund
-
Under 12 hours: No refund
-

Cancellation by Central India Cabs:
-
A full refund will be processed, or an alternate arrangement will be made.

5. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has luggage limits (2 bags for sedan, 4 for SUV).

Excess luggage must be declared during booking.

Central India Cabs is not responsible for loss/damage of personal items left in the cab.
6. Prohibited Activities
The customer agrees NOT to:

Use the cab for illegal or unlawful purposes

Carry weapons, alcohol, drugs, or banned substances

Damage the vehicle or misbehave with the driver

Smoke or consume alcohol in the cab
7. Driver Rights
Our drivers are trained and verified professionals. They reserve the right to:

Cancel a ride in case of misconduct or safety concerns

Deny pickup if location is unsafe or undisclosed

Stop the trip if the passenger violates our terms
8. Liability Disclaimer

Central India Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, breakdowns, or unforeseen events.

We do not guarantee arrival times but make best efforts to be punctual.

In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternate vehicle where possible.
9. Insurance

Our vehicles are fully insured as per Indian transport laws.

Passengers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if needed.
